The definition of home watch is the visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.

What Do We Do?

Home Watch inspectors provide a visual inspection of a home or property, both inside and out, looking for obvious issues of concern. After each inspection we provide a same-day detailed report with photos so you know exactly what is going on in your home while you are away. Regular visits to your property, whether weekly or biweekly, are extremely important to the well-being of your home. If any issues arise, we will happily share our list of preferred vendors should you need one. In addition, we provide a service to meet with contractors at your property and stay until completion of work.
